How-To:Set Daylight Savings on a Flex-Time system

1. If your version of tmonline has a facility for setting the daylight savings change over; use that. Most versions, however do not; follow the instructions below.

2. You need to stop TMOnline. Click in the centre of the O in the OUT heading. Then click on exit.

3. For a Serial clock, you will need to use Tsetup. Using Windows Explorer or clicking on the My Computer icon on your desktop:

(a) Go to C:\Program Files\Time-Minder and double click on TsetupV6.exe.

(b) If TsetupV6.exe is not in this location, try the network drive where the data resides. Use the Find or Search option in the Start Menu to locate.

(c) Select the relevant Client or Company & type in the password, just the same as you would when using the Time-Minder application.

(d) Type in the relevant Terminal Number (eg. 1) & click on Get Terminal

(e) Go to the Daylight Savings boxes (highlighted) & make sure your correct daylight savings change time is displayed in the Time field.

(f) Next check that Date & Time are correct. If not, then type in correct details.

(g) If you have more clocks, click on Terminal Number again & type in the next clock number & repeat the above steps. Otherwise, click on Exit when finished.

(h) Important! Restart TMOnline once you have made the changes!
