To make sure that Time-Minder will automatically adjust for the start of Daylight Savings, next time you do a download from the clock check the window that pops up.

This window appears after all swipes have finished downloading. (If you do not get this window after downloading, see section TsetupV6 below.)

You can fill in the correct Daylight Savings dates to automatically switch over your clocks.

If the window doesn’t appear:

  1. Click in the Daylight Savings Date & Time fields & enter the correct details.
  2. Next check that the clock Date & Time above are correct. If not, then type in correct details.
  3. Wait until seconds are 00, then click on Save date and time straight away to ensure correct time. Eg. click on Save date and time at 12.27.00 where hh.mm.ss
  4. Then click on the button that pops up in the top right hand corner.

If you do not get the pop up window after downloading, daylight savings can be configured via TsetupV6.exe.

It is usually found in C:\Program Files\Time-Minder V5 but if it is not in this location, try the network drive where the data resides. Use the Find or Search option in the Start Menu to locate.

Using Windows Explorer or clicking on the My Computer icon on your desktop:

1. Go to C:\Program Files\Time-Minder V5 and double click on Tsetupv6.exe

2. Select the relevant Client or Company & type in the password, just the same as you would when using the Time-Minder application.

3. Type in the relevant Terminal Number (eg. 1) & click on Get Terminal
