How-To:Delete an Employee

First make sure you don't simply want to make an employee Inactive. Deleting an employee will remove the employee from all the displayed records in timeminder, you wont, for instance, be able to look back and see when this person worked.
To delete an employee, you must first make that employee Inactive. See How-To:Make an Employee Inactive.
1. Once the Employee has been made Inactive, from the drop down menus, select Employee-->Delete.
The only selectable employees will be employees that are already Inactive.
2. Select the Employee you want to delete.
3. Confirm your decision by clicking OK
4. Exit by clicking on Close
