FAQ:Why am I getting the 'another user is processing data' message?

The program checks to make sure that two workstations dont try to process clocking times at the same time. This would happen very rarely, as it only takes a few seconds to process data, but would cause many headaches if this check was not in place.

However, if a station crashes whilst processing data, this message will remain in place. To clear it, you just need to press the C button on the download and process page.

Then you can go ahead and process the data by reselecting the company from the drop down menu.
