FAQ:One of my employees has left; what steps do I take?

Generally the best course of action is to simply make an employee Inactive. This preserves the employee records but will exclude them from cluttering the reports. It also makes it easy to view old data for the employee.

Another course of action is to Delete an Employee. This will delete their details completely from the system and is not recommended.

When making employees inactive or deleting them, don't forget to update your Employee/card Number Record.
